3. No Guarantees of Results

Marine‑tax outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including client documentation, vessel usage, jurisdictional rules, and regulatory changes.

  • depreciation allowances

  • residency determinations

  • entity approvals

  • compliance interpretations

All results are estimates only.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate tax and ownership information

  • maintain access to required platforms and documents

  • comply with federal and state tax rules

  • pay invoices on time

  • avoid misuse of SkyForge PPC systems or materials

Failure to provide required information may delay or limit service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, frameworks, processes, templates, and documentation workflows produced by SkyForge PPC LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own tax and compliance purposes only.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All payments are due upfront or on the agreed billing cycle

  • Late payments may result in paused services

  • Fees are non‑refundable once work has begun

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service suspension

Custom agreements may override these terms.

7. Third‑Party Platforms

We may integrate with or rely on third‑party platforms such as:

  • IRS systems

  • State tax portals

  • Accounting software

  • Document‑management tools

  • Hosting providers

  • CRM systems

We are not responsible for:

  • outages

  • policy changes

  • account restrictions

  • platform errors

  • data loss

caused by third‑party systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyForge PPC LLC is not liable for:

  • lost revenue

  • lost profits

  • lost data

  • business interruption

  • indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.
